Nestled in the mountainous center of the island on approximately 12 acres of land this project arises around the client’s desire to create a retreat for themselves and others.  The project consists of a main structure of 4,000SF intended to serve as a gathering space with pool, large kitchen, several living areas, wine cellar, and dormitories, 7 cabins dispersed throughout the site of approximately 700SF each, and some accessory buildings along the site to enhance the user’s interaction with nature.

Two typologies of cabins are available to accommodate 2-4 guests and all cabins include outdoor living, small kitchen, exterior jacuzzi, bathroom and sleeping area. Each cabin provides guests the opportunity to rest and recharge in a private space while still having access to modern commodities.
